September 2026 update

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to engage with the Bowmans Cross proposals over recent months. Following our consultation during spring 2026, we continued to review the feedback received from residents, community groups, local stakeholders and young people, alongside ongoing technical work to inform the emerging outline planning application. The feedback received provided valuable insight into local priorities and influenced the development of the proposals.

We have now produced a Community Booklet, which provides an overview of the proposals, the work undertaken to date, and how community feedback has helped shape the plans that will now be submitted to Hertsmere Borough Council for consideration. The booklet also explains the range of technical assessments that will accompany the planning application and the measures being considered to address key issues raised during engagement.
